EVALUATING THE EFFICACY OF A NEW LEARNING MODEL


The African Leadership University is a tertiary institution that launched in 2016 with a non-traditional learning model. Instead of lectures, ALU adopted a 4-part learning model that needed to be assessed after the first year of operations using user experience research methods. The goal of the research was to carefully highlight aspects of the experience to maintain or refine before welcoming the second class.
